This is a highly cost-effective, low consuming, high-performance solution based on 32/16-bit RISC microprocessor core ARM926EJ oriented on market of GPS-navigators and mobile phones. It produced by the chip with 65 nm technology, which further reduces power consumption and cost  and increases productivity. The chip is produced in the body with 400-pins FBGA (0.5mm pitch), 13 x 13 x 1.4mm.

Main features of S3C2450:

• ARM926EJ CPU 400/533MHz с 16кб I-cache and 16кб D-cache
• up to 133 MHz memory conteroller;
• 64K of internal SRAM;
• 32KB internal ROM for secure boot and boot from movi NAND;
• LCD controller;
• Camera controller with rotator 180 °;
• 2D graphics accelerator;
• DMA 8-ch, PWM, RTC, WDT, 2xPLL, Power Management Module, 12bit 10-ch ADC(touch screen)
